EREMU, S.A. was created more than 60 years ago as a company dedicated to the manufacture and repair of electrical transformers.

Subsequently, and with the aim of completing a series of parallel needs detected in the environment of its clients, it expanded its range of products with a line of elements associated with the first.

This range was mainly made up of a line of battery chargers and another of power supplies, in both cases aimed primarily at our clients in the naval sector.

Today, our presence in the market is fully consolidated thanks to our firm company policy, which is worth highlighting:

  1. 1958 — Fundación de STURTZE TRANSFORMADORES, por Carlos Mª Sturtze Urrestarazu, en San Sebastián
  2. 1965 — Nuevas instalaciones en el Pol. 27 de San Sebastián, «Edificio STURTZE»
  3. 1982 — Carlos Mª Sturtze Mendia asume la Dirección General de la compañía
  4. 2000 — Certificación de calidad ISO9001
  5. 2001 — Juan Sturtze García asume la Dirección General de la compañía
  6. 2002 — Nuevas instalaciones en Astigarraga
  7. 2004 — Primeros transformadores fabricados en aluminio
  8. 2007 — Type Approval Certificate (TAC) de Bureau Veritas para el sector naval
  9. 2013 — Nueva planta de fabricación en Arabia Saudí
  10. 2014 — Certificación UL para nuestros transformadores
  11. 2017 — Nueva oficina comercial en México
