Cast resin transformers

Resin-encapsulated medium voltage transformers have a high level of reliability thanks to the technological advances of recent years. Our E2, C2, F1 production can be used in environments with a high level of humidity and contamination, eliminating the problems linked to fire risks and emissions of toxic and harmful substances for health. They are built with insulating, flame-retardant and self-extinguishing materials.

All EREMU production is made with galvanized and insulating materials class F or H. The windings are vacuum-encapsulated with epoxy resins or impregnated with polyester resins class H. The transformers can be supplied in metal boxes with the requested IP protection level and with pickled or galvanized sheet metal for outdoor installations.

EREMU production is therefore suitable for installations in hospitals, banks, public and residential buildings, warehouses, galleries and platforms.

We have a department specialized in the production of resin power transformers up to 30 MVA and up to class 36 kV, with maximum impulse up to 200 kV.
